What's Included
The ShoreLight Fiber 30-Day Free Trial includes the following at no charge:
Professional installation at your service address
5 Gbps symmetrical fiber internet service
All-in-one WiFi router (equipment included)
Eligibility
The free trial is available exclusively to select early waitlist registrants in ShoreLight Fiber's initial service areas. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. ShoreLight Fiber reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Trial Period
The free trial period is 30 days from the date of installation. No credit card is required to join the waitlist. Payment information will be collected prior to installation and will not be charged until after the 30-day trial period ends. Prior to any charge being processed, ShoreLight Fiber will make multiple attempts to reach you via email, phone, and text (if opted in) to ensure you are aware of the upcoming billing date and have the opportunity to cancel. We are committed to zero surprise charges and we believe in providing the most transparent experience possible to our customers.
After the Trial
At the end of the 30-day trial period, your service will automatically continue at ShoreLight Fiber's standard monthly rate for your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial period ends with no charge. To return your equipment simply schedule a pickup during your cancellation and a technician will collect it from your service address at your earliest convenience, confirming receipt with an emailed photo. Alternatively, you may drop off the equipment at one of our convenient drop-off locations (TBD).
Equipment
The all-in-one WiFi router provided during the free trial remains the property of ShoreLight Fiber. Equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service. Damage or non-return fees may apply.
Limitations
This offer is limited to one per household or business address. ShoreLight Fiber reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice. Trial availability is subject to service area coverage.
